Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase. Custom or made-to-order items may take longer.

Shipping Carriers: USPS Ground Transportation

Shipping Rates: Flat $5.00 shipping fee.

Domestic Shipping: We currently ship within the United States.

International Shipping: Not available at this time.

Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Lost or Stolen Packages: Wild Faye Apothecary is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier to file a claim if your package is missing.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of our handcrafted, small-batch products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@wildfayeapothecary.com with your order number and photos of the item.

All Sales Are Final: We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than damage or order errors.

Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.
